How is "agent-led order" defined?

An order whose path to checkout was driven by the Concierge or any other agent - including configure-by-chat sessions, voice calls and MCP buyer interactions. Direct add-to-cart on your storefront isn't an agent-led order.

What counts as a "conversation"?

One contiguous session with the same buyer across web/voice/MCP, capped at a 60-minute idle timeout. We count attempts, not just completed sales.

Is there a setup fee?

No. We help you connect your store, train your agents and go live, included. Enterprise customers may opt for a paid migration sprint if they want one.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. The 14-day trial requires no card. If you don't go live, we delete your merchant account and tenant data on request.

Do you charge for failed conversations?

No. The per-order rate only applies to actually-fulfilled orders. The monthly fee covers all conversation volume up to the plan cap.

What if I exceed my plan cap?

We'll flag the overage in your cockpit and suggest the next plan. No silent degradation; no surprise invoice.
