Customers

Designed for configurable-goods merchants.

We're early; we are honest about it. The platform is built around a single lighthouse pilot, and a clear list of who comes next. If you're on this list, we want to talk.

Wedge vertical

Furniture & home - the wedge.

High-AOV, configurable, expensive returns, room-context dependent. Every primitive the engine ships is load-bearing here.

Where it bites

Sofa with 12 fabric ranges × 8 sizes × 4 leg styles = 384 SKUs. Buyers can't browse it. Bounce rate climbs. Concierge configures by chat.

What changes

Conversation-led configuration; live lead time; honest return-rate signal at order time; voice mode for buyers who want a specialist on the phone.

Pilot status

Live with House of Verity (Feblands dropshipped). Pilot is in Phase 1 of the 90-day plan. Numbers reported weekly.

Configured large goods

Caravans, lodges, vehicles & configured industrials.

Layout, chassis, kit-out, finance options. Each interaction is a sales conversation that benefits from a specialist agent, not a 200-row form.

Where it bites

Quote-to-order cycle measured in days. Phone & showroom. The classical e-commerce stack does not serve this; CPQ tooling is engineering-grade and hostile to operators.

What changes

The Concierge runs the configuration; the Pricer agent honours the margin floor; the Returns agent owns the deposit-and-cancellation policy; the Voice agent picks up the phone.

Pilot status

Designed for; not yet contracted. Targeting the second lighthouse for early next year. Talk to us if this is you.

B2B & industrial

Configured industrial goods.

Specialist kit, line-of-business buyers, CPQ-grade pricing. Buyers want a competent counter-party who knows the catalogue cold and won't waste their time.

Where it bites

Long discovery, multiple stakeholders, slow human follow-up. The buyer does the legwork; the merchant loses the deal because they couldn't reply at 11pm on a Tuesday.

What changes

Async Concierge that holds context across days; quote with audit trail; supervisor escalation when policy says so; weekly KPI report for the rep.

Pilot status

Designed for; second wave. Pencilled for Q2 next year.

A new buyer surface

Agent buyers (MCP, ACP).

ChatGPT, Perplexity, procurement agents, internal copilots. CommercePulse is the first commerce engine that treats the buyer-side agent as a first-class caller - not a screen-scrape.

Where it bites

Your storefront isn't designed for an agent. It's designed for a human with a browser. Agents need structure, not visuals; quotas, not banner ads.

What changes

A clean MCP endpoint that exposes catalogue, quote, configure and order tools. Per-agent quotas; per-purpose policies; settlement & receipt as primitives.

Pilot status

Live for Growth+ plans. The MCP endpoint is wired today; ACP support is in flight.
