Accessibility statement
Accessibility is a first-class story at CommercePulse, not an afterthought audit (Principle D5). This page describes our commitment, our current status, and how to reach us if any surface falls short.
Our commitment
CommercePulse aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across every surface, with Level AAA on critical paths (contact, pilot reporting, docs).
Where we are
The marketing site (this site) is audited against WCAG 2.2 AA in CI using axe-core. Keyboard navigation works on every page. All interactive components have accessible names, visible focus states, and keyboard equivalents.
The buyer, merchant and operator surfaces are built against the same contract. Voice mode uses real voice (Deepgram recognition, ElevenLabs synthesis), not text-to-speech bolted on.
Known shortfalls
The pilot is at an early stage; accessibility reviews happen continuously. Open items are
tracked in the project’s public issue tracker. If you find a shortfall, please tell
us at accessibility@commercepulse.io.
